Hello, my name is David Martinez. I am a Riverside resident, who enjoys spending time with my family and friends. I’ve been married to the love of my life, Tonya for over twenty two years and we have a beautiful daughter who keeps us on our toes. We are actively involved with the local sports associations in the area and as a family we love to enjoy everything Southern California has to offer. I have also lived in Long Beach and the High Desert, and have a vast knowledge of all of the surrounding cities and neighborhoods.

During my twenty three year management career in the corporate wholesale industry I was involved in many different fascists of the business. I learned the importance of good communication, follow through, problem solving and how to conduct myself in a professional manner. All of which is so very important in Real Estate.

My journey into Real Estate is probably a little different then most other agents. I actually grew up watching my father as he helped numerous families in their quest of home ownership. He always ensured that every client walked away satisfied with their experience.

When I decided to change course in my professional career, Real Estate was a natural fit for me. I guess you can say it was in my blood! I am a natural “people person”. I truly enjoy helping people, and I want people to be able to go through this process with a smile on their face and at the end be 100% satisfied. I have been honored to help countless individuals on their own journey towards home ownership. Using all of my training and life experiences, I ensure that each client gets the best representation possible.
